Book an order
The till shows every active drink as a tile with its live price. You collect an order and check it out in one go.
Who can do this: everyone in the team, after unlocking the till.
- Tap a drink to add one. Tap it again for one more.
- To take one away, tap − on the tile.
- Check the order: on a tablet in landscape it is in the column on the right. On a phone it is in the bar at the bottom; tap it to pull up the order.
- Tap Check out.
- The receipt shows Booked – please collect this amount and the total. Collect that amount.
- Tap New order, or simply tap the next drink.
In the open order, + and − next to each line change the quantity. Clear order empties it.
The price you charge
Section titled “The price you charge”Each line keeps the price from the moment you tapped the drink, so the guest pays what they saw on the board. Read Prices that change during an order for the exceptions.
Earlier orders
Section titled “Earlier orders”The tab History next to Order lists the latest orders with time, drinks and total. Voided orders are marked.
An order survives a reload
Section titled “An order survives a reload”If the page reloads before you check out, the open order is still there. Closing the browser clears it.
If something goes wrong

| Connection lost – prices may be outdated | The tablet lost its internet. Wait until the message goes away before you check out. |
| A drink in this order no longer exists | A manager removed or switched off the drink. Remove it from the order. |
| The page reloads by itself | The session expired. Unlock the till again; the open order is kept. |
