Several outlets

Each bar is its own outlet with its own drinks, prices, screens, tills and team. Owners see all their outlets on one page.

Who can do this: owners.

The overview

Open the menu with your initials and choose All outlets. You see:

• totals: Markets open, Revenue tonight, Screens online, Crashes running,
• one card per outlet with the market switch, revenue tonight, screens and crashes,
• a warning when the market is open but screens are offline,
• links to Open, Statistics, Screens and the guest page.

Revenue tonight is only added up across outlets with the same currency. Otherwise the total says several currencies.

Outlets where you are not owner are listed under Other outlets.

Create an outlet

1. On the overview click + New outlet.
2. Enter:
   • Name,
   • Guest page address: filled in from the name and checked while you type. Lower case letters, digits and -, 3 to 50 characters. If it is taken, you get suggestions.
   • City: sets country, currency and time.
3. Take over settings and menu from: choose an outlet to copy from, or Start empty.
4. Click Create outlet.

You become the owner of the new outlet. Its market starts closed.

What a copy takes over

Copied: drinks with their prices (at base price; archived drinks are left out), market rules, automatic crashes, business day, board and branding settings, uploaded pictures, slides, crash templates and repeating crashes.

Not copied: screens, tills, people, sales and statistics.

Then add the team, register the till and pair the TVs for the new outlet.
