The look of the board
The board settings apply to every screen of the outlet. A live preview next to the settings shows your changes before you save; the TVs follow when you save.
Who can do this: owners and managers.
Display
Section titled “Display”Open Board in the menu (the page Display).
Columns: Picture, Change, Day high / low, Price curve, Category headings.
Many drinks:
- Row size: Compact (more drinks per page), Normal or Large (readable from far).
- When not all fit: Turn pages or Scroll continuously, with Seconds per page or Scroll speed.
Rows never get smaller than the chosen size. If not all drinks fit, the board turns pages or scrolls.
Areas: Header (name, index, clock), Info area (QR code), Banner, Ticker. Banner and ticker take turns at the bottom. While a crash runs, the crash bar takes the bottom.
Screen: Format (landscape or portrait for a TV mounted upright) and Safe margin % for TVs that cut off the edges.

Branding
Section titled “Branding”Under Settings → Branding:
- Logo: upload a PNG with a transparent background for the best result. Remove logo takes it away.
- Colours: background, surface, lines, text, muted text, accent, rising, falling and crash.
- Font.
- Background: Moving background, or a Background picture that is dimmed behind the prices.
Preview
Section titled “Preview”The preview can show the board as a TV, an upright TV or a phone. It shows unsaved changes; the TVs only change when you click Save.
The bar index
Section titled “The bar index”The header shows an index: the average price of all drinks compared with their base price, where 100 is base. Above 100, the bar is “up” tonight.
