The TV shows nothing
Find the problem

| Nothing, or the TV’s own menu | Open the TV’s browser and the screen’s link again. Add it as a favourite or start page so it opens by itself. |
| Pair this screen with a QR code | The TV is on the pairing page. Pair it, or open the screen’s link. |
| The screen says it is not paired | Someone unpaired it or created a New link. Pair it again or open the new link. |
| Connection lost – showing prices from … | The TV has no internet. Check the Wi‑Fi. The board catches up by itself. |
| Prices don’t move | Is the market open? Prices only move while it is. See Open and close the market. |
| The edges are cut off | Raise the Safe margin % for that screen. See Manage screens. |
| The board is sideways | Set Format to Portrait (TV mounted upright) or Landscape for that screen. |
| No crash sound | Tap the TV once, or press OK on the remote. See Turn on the sound. |
| Drinks are missing | The screen may show only some categories, or the drinks are switched off. Check the screen’s categories and the Live switch on the drinks. |
Is the TV online?
Section titled “Is the TV online?”Settings → Screens shows each screen as Online or Offline and when it was last seen. Identify shows the name on the TV, so you know which one is which.
Owners also see a warning on the outlet overview when the market is open and screens are offline.
TV goes dark after a while
Section titled “TV goes dark after a while”The board asks the TV to stay awake, but some TVs still switch to standby. Turn off the energy saving or the sleep timer in the TV’s own settings.
