Sign in

Crash Hour has no passwords. You enter your email address and get an email with a link and a 6-digit code. Either one signs you in.

Who can do this: everyone with an email address in the team. Bartenders without an email only use their PIN at the till.

Sign in

1. Open your Crash Hour address. You see Sign in.
2. Enter your Email and tap Send sign-in link.
3. Open the email from Crash Hour. Then either:
   • tap the link in the email, and on the page that opens tap Sign in, or
   • type the 6-digit code into the field 6-digit code and tap Sign in.

The link and the code work once and for 15 minutes.

Tip

Read the email on your phone but want to sign in on the PC? Type the code on the PC. The link signs in the device you open it on.

Choose your outlet

• If you work in one outlet, you go straight to it.
• If you work in several, you see Your outlets. Tap the one you want.
• Owners see an overview of all their outlets with the market switch, revenue tonight and screens online. See Several outlets.

To change outlet later, open the menu with your initials at the top right and choose All outlets.

Stay signed in, sign out

You stay signed in on a device for 30 days. To sign out, open the menu with your initials and choose Sign out.

If something goes wrong

What you see	What to do
No email arrives	Wait a minute and check the spam folder. Then tap Send a new email. See Sign-in code not arriving.
Wrong or expired code	Use the code from the latest email, or request a new one.
This link has expired or was already used	Request a new email on the same page.
Your account has no access to any bar yet	You are signed in, but no outlet has added you. Ask the owner.
