Change or remove people

Who can do this: owners.

Change a person

1. Open Settings → Team.
2. Click ✎ Edit in the person’s row.
3. Change Name, Role or Till PIN. The email is the person’s sign-in and can’t be changed here.
4. Click Save.

The panel also shows the person’s Last sign-in and how much they Sold tonight.

Remove a person

1. Click Remove in the person’s row, or in the edit panel.
2. Confirm with Remove. Keep cancels.

What happens:

• The person loses access to this outlet at once.
• A till they are signed in to is locked.
• If they have no other outlet, their account is disabled: all their sessions end and their PIN is cleared.

Their orders stay in the statistics.

The last owner

Every outlet keeps at least one owner. To remove the last owner, first make someone else owner.

Someone changes their email

Add the person again with the new email, then remove the old entry.
