Who can do this: owners and managers.
Your sessions
Section titled “Your sessions”Settings → Security → Your sessions lists every device you are signed in on: the device, when you signed in and when it was last active. The current one says This device.
- Sign out next to a device ends that session.
- Sign out everywhere else ends all sessions except this one. Do this if you lost a phone or signed in on a shared PC.
A session lasts 30 days on a device. Removing someone from the team ends all their sessions at once.
Audit log
Section titled “Audit log”The Audit log lists what happened in the outlet: who changed settings or drinks, started or planned crashes, voided orders, registered tills, paired screens, locked a till with wrong PINs, and more.
- Choose an action in the list to filter.
- CSV downloads all entries.
The page shows the last 200 entries; the CSV has all of them. Entries are kept for 12 months.
