Info and slides
Besides the prices, the board can show your messages: the Wi‑Fi password, your Instagram, tonight’s happy hour or the next event. All of it is under Settings → Info and slides, with a live preview.
Who can do this: owners and managers.
Info area
Section titled “Info area”The box next to the drinks on landscape screens. Choose what it shows:
- QR code to the guest page, so guests can follow the prices on their phone,
- QR code to a link, e.g. your Instagram (Link for the QR code, Caption under the QR code),
- Message (Message title, Message text), or
- Picture.
The info area can be switched off under Board → Display → Areas.
Info rows
Section titled “Info rows”Short rows between the drinks: icon, Title, Text and colour. With From and Until a row only appears at those times (your outlet’s time), e.g. for a happy hour.
- + Add row adds one, ✕ removes it. Up to 12 rows.
- Rows per page: how many info rows each page of the board shows (0 to 3).
Banner
Section titled “Banner”One line of text at the bottom, e.g. Happy Hour 18–20 · all draught beer at base price. It takes turns with the ticker. From and Until limit it to certain times. Remove banner takes it away. A running crash always comes first.
Slides
Section titled “Slides”Slides cover the drinks for a few seconds now and then.
Timing: Every … seconds for … seconds: a slide every 20 to 900 seconds, each one shown for 4 to 60 seconds. 0 = no slides.
Add a slide and choose the type:

Each slide has Preview, ↑ / ↓ for the order, Hide / Show and Delete.
