Templates and sponsors
Who can do this: owners and managers.
Templates
Section titled “Templates”A template is a crash setup without a date: drinks, duration, crash price, presentation and sponsor.
Save a template: in the crash panel tick Also save as template before you start or plan the crash.
Use a template: in Drinks → tab Crashes → Templates:
- ⚡ Now opens the crash panel with the template, ready to start.
- Plan opens it ready to plan.
- Delete removes the template.
Sponsors
Section titled “Sponsors”A brand can sponsor crashes, for example Tiger Beer for a beer crash. The sponsor’s name and logo appear in the full-screen crash and in the crash bar, and you get a report afterwards.
Sponsors belong to your organisation, so all your outlets can use them.
Add a sponsor: in Drinks → tab Crashes → Sponsors, enter the name and optionally a logo address
starting with https://, then click Add sponsor.
Sponsor a crash: in the crash panel open Presentation and sponsor and choose the Sponsor. Sponsored crashes are marked Sponsored in the plan.
Archive removes a sponsor from the list. Its crashes stay in the statistics.
