Manage screens
All TVs of the outlet are listed under Settings → Screens. Every screen shows the outlet’s board settings unless you override them for that screen. Changes reach the TV right away.
Who can do this: owners and managers.
The list
Section titled “The list”Each screen shows a dot for Online or Offline, and when it was last seen. Never connected means the link was never opened on a TV.
Settings per screen
Section titled “Settings per screen”For each screen you can set:

| Format | Landscape or Portrait, or bar default. |
| Paging | Turn pages or Scroll when not all drinks fit, or bar default. |
| Categories | Only these categories, separated by commas, e.g. Beer, Cider. Empty = all categories. |
| Margin % | Safe margin for a TV that cuts off the edges of the picture. |
Click Save in the screen’s row.
Find a TV
Section titled “Find a TV”Identify shows the screen’s name in big letters on that TV for a few seconds. It only works while the screen is online.
New link
Section titled “New link”New link creates a new address for the TV and shows it once. The old address stops working at once. Use it if a link got into the wrong hands, or to move the screen to another device.
Unpair
Section titled “Unpair”Unpair removes the screen. The TV stops showing the board and says it is not paired.
Old addresses
Section titled “Old addresses”TVs that still use an old address like /b/your-bar/splitflap keep working and show the board. Add them here to
manage them: pair them again or add them with Add and get link.
