Roles

Everyone in the team has one role per outlet. Someone can be a manager in one outlet and a bartender in another. The roles are fixed; the table is also under Settings → Team → Rights per role.

In short

• Bartender: works the till. Needs a PIN, an email is optional.
• Manager: runs the night and the setup, but not the team, the market rules or the outlet details.
• Owner: everything. Every outlet always has at least one owner.

The back office only shows what your role may do. A bartender who signs in goes straight to the till.
