Undo an order

A booked order can be undone (voided) as a whole within 60 seconds. A voided order does not count in the statistics and its drinks no longer count as demand.

Who can do this: everyone for their own orders. Managers and owners also for other people’s orders.

Undo right after checkout

The receipt has a button Undo with the seconds left. Tap it. The receipt changes to Voided.

Undo a little later

1. Open the tab History in the order column.
2. Orders that can still be undone have an Undo button. Tap it.

After 60 seconds the button disappears. Then book the correction as you would without Crash Hour and tell a manager.

If something goes wrong

What you see	What to do
