Drink pictures

A picture makes a drink easier to find on the board and at the till.

Who can do this: owners and managers.

Choose a picture

1. Open the drink under Drinks (click its name).
2. Under Picture, choose:
   • None,
   • one of the built-in pictures (beer, stout, cider, wine, sparkling wine, cocktails, whisky, shot, soft drinks and more, all in one style), or
   • Or upload your own.
3. Click Save.

Your own pictures

• PNG, JPG or WebP. Big photos are made smaller automatically.
• Square pictures work best. A drink on a plain or transparent background looks cleanest on the board.

Whether the board shows pictures is a board setting: Board → Display → Columns → Picture. See The look of the board.
